The ActiveLED® Rafter Can Light provides an energy-efficient, high performance alternative to conventional high wattage rafter lights for open rafter ceilings and outdoor overhangs, replacing up to 600 Watt incandescent and 150 Watt fluorescent
Using only 26 or 52 Watt per fixture, the ActiveLED® Rafter Can Light achieves outstanding energy savings of 50-85 percent over fluorescent or incandescent lighting. Optional integrated sensors enable reduced light levels, providing additional energy savings. The 90,000 LED lumen life is superior to any other light available today and significantly reduces the need for maintenance or replacement.
ActiveLED® CLC10 Application
The surface-mounted Rafter Can Light is ideally suited for down lighting in hallways, open rafter ceilings and outdoor overhangs (damp locations).
ActiveLED® CLC10 Installation
The design of the Rafter Can Light simplifies the installation process - the fixture is surface-mounted directly to an existing ceiling/rafter junction box or suitable attachment point with just two screws. The external can/shroud completes the aesthetic look of the luminaire and is held in place with two small screws.
ActiveLED® CLC10 Product Overview
Ringdale provides two versions of the ActiveLED 10" Rafter Can Light (26 and 50 Watt fixtures) for different applications with CCT color temperature choices of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K.
For example, 2700K provides a warm color rendering that compliments earth tones while 5000K has brighter light and a higher color temperature that closely emulates natural daylight:

ActiveLED® Technology
Ringdale uses the latest in energy efficient LEDs and LED Modules producing equal or greater light output than fluorescent or incandescent lighting. Our electronics monitor current and temperature of the substrate to assure maximum performance under the prevailing environmental conditions and a Lumen Lifetime of 90,000 hours (90% Luminous Flux).
ActiveLED® Diffuser Technology
We use state-of-the-art diffuser technology with a minimal amount of light loss in the fixture providing for maximum lighting efficiency.
ActiveLED® Architectural Features
The ActiveLED Rafter Can Light runs much cooler than conventional incandescent or fluorescent light fixtures and half the weight putting less stress on the ceiling structure.
